The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-level technical support for payment terminals and transaction switching software. This role requires a deep understanding of financial technology standards such as PCI-DSS and ISO 8583, ensuring that all payment transactions are processed securely and efficiently. You will work closely with clients to resolve complex technical issues and maintain the integrity of the POS environment. In addition to technical expertise, the role demands strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve application-level issues. You will be expected to participate in after-hours standby support to ensure continuous service availability. Key Requirements
3–5 years’ experience in payment terminal and/or switching software support
Knowledge of PCI-DSS compliance and security standards
Expertise in EMV transactions and POS environments
Proficiency with ISO 8583 messaging protocols
Exposure to Postilion and payment application transaction switching
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills for complex technical issues
Excellent customer support and communication abilities
Willingness to participate in afterhours standby support rotations
Ability to manage application lifecycle and production stability
Experience in monitoring transaction flows and system performance
