Our client, a leading IT firm specializing in Web Development and Technology Solutions, is seeking to recruit a dynamic, proactive, and results-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to join their growing team in Tanzania. You will be tasked with promoting our range of IT services to diverse clients across the region.
The position requires a candidate who is adept at identifying opportunities and closing sales. You will conduct product demonstrations, negotiate terms, and maintain long-term client relationships. Success in this role requires a deep understanding of IT services and the ability to articulate technical value to non-technical stakeholders.

Key Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Information Systems, or Information Technology.
Proven experience in IT software sales is mandatory.
Demonstrated ability to sell software solutions, web development services, or IT products.
Strong business development and lead generation skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
Proactive mindset with the ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Proficiency in identifying new market opportunities.
Ability to prepare detailed sales reports and analyze market feedback.
Strong interpersonal skills for building and maintaining client relationships.
Ability to conduct technical product demonstrations for prospective clients.
