The successful applicant will play a pivotal role in transforming client visions into memorable realities, managing the full lifecycle of events from initial planning stages through to final execution and post-event analysis.
As an Events Coordinator, you will take ownership of budget management, resource allocation, and on-site operational logistics. This role requires a professional who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can ensure all events meet our rigorous company standards, safety regulations, and client expectations. You will be instrumental in supervising event staff, coordinating with venues, and ensuring that every detail, from branding to equipment installation, is executed with precision.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Events Management, Hospitality, or Tourism
Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience in events coordination
Proven experience managing corporate events, conferences, and exhibitions
Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to manage teams effectively
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Sheets
Demonstrated proficiency in Canva for basic design tasks
High attention to detail and ability to maintain quality standards
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
