Pema Capital Company Limited is looking for a skilled Quantity Surveyor to manage project costs and procurement. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing cost estimates, managing budgets, and performing accurate measurement of works to ensure projects remain financially viable.
This role involves evaluating tenders, tracking subcontractor costs, and preparing final accounts for large-scale construction projects in Dar es Salaam. The candidate will work closely with project managers to settle claims and maintain budget discipline throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Economics.
Active registration with AQRB.
Minimum 3 years of experience in building or civil works.
Knowledge of standard contracts like FIDIC, JCT, or NEC.
Proficiency in cost estimation software and advanced MS Excel skills.
Strong analytical skills for budget monitoring.
Ability to prepare detailed bills of quantities.
Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management.
Deep understanding of construction tender processes.
High attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines.
