Pema Capital Company Limited seeks a qualified Electrical Engineer to join our team in Dar es Salaam. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of electrical installations, including technical design, supervision, and inspection to ensure compliance with safety standards.
The role requires preparing technical drawings and reports while coordinating with contractors and suppliers. A strong background in power systems or renewable energy projects is highly desirable to help us continue delivering high-quality electrical infrastructure solutions.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
Active registration with ERB.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Proficiency in AutoCAD for technical design.
Comprehensive knowledge of national and international electrical safety codes.
Exposure to solar energy or power line installation projects.
Ability to manage electrical project budgets.
Skills in quality control and site supervision.
Strong problem-solving and report writing skills.
Capability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
