PROJECT SURVEYOR @ PEEN CONSTRUCTION COMPANY LTD
PEEN Construction Company Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Surveyor to join our professional construction team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing surveying activities across various high-impact infrastructure projects, including road works, complex irrigation schemes, reinforced concrete building structures, and drainage systems.
This role requires extensive fieldwork and technical expertise to ensure all projects are executed to the highest engineering standards. The position involves working across multiple sites in Tanzania, specifically within the regions of Dodoma, Singida, Iringa, and Shinyanga. The ideal candidate will be a proactive communicator capable of coordinating with site engineers and project managers to deliver quality results on time and within budget.

Key Requirements
Degree or Diploma in Land Surveying, Geomatics, or Civil Engineering.
Proven experience in road works and highway construction surveying.
Technical proficiency in irrigation scheme surveying and design layout.
Demonstrated expertise in reinforced concrete building construction layout.
Competence in setting out drainage and underground infrastructure projects.
Ability to operate modern surveying equipment such as Total Stations and GPS units.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and relevant surveying calculation software.
Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and reporting.
Ability to work effectively in diverse regional project environments.
Willingness to travel and work across Dodoma, Singida, Iringa, and Shinyanga.
