ACCOUNTING INTERN @ PEARL HOSPITAL

We are currently seeking a motivated Accounting Intern to support our Finance Department with daily accounting and administrative tasks. This internship is designed to offer hands-on experience in financial record keeping, reporting, and compliance within the unique context of real-world healthcare finance operations. The successful candidate will work closely with our professional finance team to ensure the smooth running of the hospital's financial systems.
The intern will be responsible for a variety of tasks including assisting in the recording of financial transactions, supporting the preparation of invoices and payment vouchers, and performing essential data entry. Additionally, the role involves maintaining well-organized accounting records, assisting during audits or stock-taking exercises, and supporting bank reconciliations and petty cash management. This position provides an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to apply theoretical knowledge in a professional setting and gain valuable insights into the healthcare industry's financial management. Key Requirements
Recent graduate with a Diploma or Degree in Accounting or a CPA Certificate.
Basic understanding of fundamental accounting principles and practices.
