TRACKING OFFICER @ PAVEWAY AFRICA LTD
Paveway Africa Ltd is seeking a dedicated Tracking Officer to join its growing team in the logistics and transport industry in Dar es Salaam. The primary purpose of this role is to monitor the company fleet, ensuring that all trucks move safely and efficiently while providing timely information to the operations team regarding delays, breakdowns, or deviations.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in optimizing fleet performance and maintaining high standards of service. You will be responsible for daily communication with drivers and workshop staff, documenting movements, and proactively identifying areas where technology or procedures can improve fleet control. Key Requirements
Proficiency in computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel
Experience or familiarity with GPS and fleet tracking systems
Strong communication and follow-up skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple trucks simultaneously

Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
