SITE MANAGER – STONE QUARRY OPERATIONS @ PAVEWAY AFRICA LTD
Paveway Africa Ltd is seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Manager to oversee stone quarry operations in Msata, Tanzania. The successful candidate will be responsible for the daily management of quarry production, ensuring that all operations run efficiently, safely, and in accordance with company standards. This role involves managing heavy machinery, coordinating with onsite teams, and ensuring that production targets are met while maintaining high standards of workplace safety and regulatory compliance.
The Site Manager will play a pivotal role in the maintenance of equipment and the development of the onsite workforce. The position requires a hands-on approach and a commitment to operational excellence. Candidates must be comfortable working in a quarry environment and managing a diverse team to ensure smooth site operations. We provide accommodation and transport allowances to support the candidate's transition to the site location.

Key Requirements
Minimum 5 years experience in quarrying, mining, or heavy construction materials.
Strong knowledge of crushing plants and heavy equipment.
Proven experience managing a multicultural workforce.
Excellent English communication skills; Swahili is an advantage.
Valid manual driving licence.
Willingness to live on or near the site.
Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities.
Proficiency in health and safety protocols for mining environments.
Ability to manage production schedules and operational budgets.
Excellent organizational and technical problem-solving skills.
