Key Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor Degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
At least 1 year of experience in ICT support services is highly preferred.
Possession of ICT certifications (CCNA, CompTIA A+, or MCSA) is an added advantage.
Strong understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking components.
Proficiency in troubleshooting operating systems including Windows and Linux.
Knowledge of database management systems and basic SQL skills.
Ability to manage and maintain office peripherals such as printers and scanners.
Familiarity with network security protocols and data backup procedures.
Excellent communication skills for providing user training and technical assistance.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment within the financial sector.
