PROFESSIONAL DRIVER @ PATRICK MANASSEH
We are seeking highly professional and educated drivers to join our team in Dar es Salaam and surrounding upcountry regions. These positions require individuals who have completed a minimum of Form Six education and hold both Basic and Professional Driving Certificates from recognized institutions. The roles involve navigating the complex road networks of Dar es Salaam as well as long-distance upcountry routes, requiring a thorough understanding of geographical locations and traffic regulations across Tanzania.
Candidates must be fluent in both English and Swahili, with additional proficiency in French considered a significant advantage for effective communication with diverse clients. We prioritize candidates who exhibit a smart appearance, excellent code of conduct, and strong moral principles. The work environment is dynamic and requires high flexibility to adapt to various conditions, whether serving as a private personal driver, a corporate chauffeur, or a rental driver for specific city routes.

Key Requirements
Minimum of Form Six (Advanced Secondary Education) level of education.
Possession of a valid Basic Driving Certificate from a recognized institution.
Possession of a valid Professional Driving Certificate from a recognized institution.
Fluent in English and Swahili with excellent communication skills.
Fair proficiency in the French language for basic communication.
Deep knowledge of geographical locations within Dar es Salaam City.
Familiarity with various upcountry routes and regional navigation.
Ability to work flexibly under different environmental conditions.
Demonstrated high code of conduct and professional ethics.
Strong moral character and orientation towards excellent service.
