Parksons Packaging Tanzania Ltd is seeking a dedicated Manager – HR to lead our human resources department at our manufacturing unit in Mbagala, Dar Es Salaam. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of HR management, ensuring that the organization attracts, develops, and retains top talent while maintaining compliance with statutory regulations. This role is pivotal in maintaining a harmonious work environment and ensuring operational efficiency within our manufacturing plant. Responsibilities include managing recruitment processes, handling employee relations, and overseeing industrial relations to foster a positive and productive work culture. You will also be responsible for payroll administration, HR operations, and the management of contract labor. Experience within the manufacturing industry is highly preferred for this role to effectively navigate its unique operational and compliance challenges.
