MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR @ PARKSON PACKAGING

Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in a Printing and Packaging manufacturing industry.
Proven experience in maintaining and troubleshooting printing and packaging machinery.
Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of preventive maintenance systems and workplace safety standards.
Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
Proficiency in reading technical blueprints and machinery schematics.
Demonstrated ability to manage and lead a team of technical staff.
Understanding of electrical and hydraulic systems in industrial contexts.
Familiarity with inventory management for spare parts and maintenance supplies.
