Park Hyatt Zanzibar is currently looking for an Assistant Housekeeping Manager to join our dedicated team. The primary goal of this position is to support the Housekeeping Manager in leading staff to deliver exceptional cleanliness and memorable guest experiences that define the Hyatt brand.
The successful candidate will oversee daily housekeeping operations, monitor room and public area standards, and provide coaching and development for our team members. By managing inventory control and maintaining high operational efficiency, you will ensure that every guest room meets the premium quality expected at our Stone Town location.

Key Requirements
Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within Housekeeping
Strong leadership and communication skills
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
A passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
Proven ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness
Experience in staff coaching and professional development
Knowledge of operational efficiency and inventory management
Ability to ensure compliance with brand sanitation standards
Capacity to handle departmental administrative tasks
Commitment to creating memorable guest experiences
