Pareto USA, in partnership with Randstad USA, is currently seeking high-potential, entry-level sales talent to fill over 28 Sales Development Representative (SDR) roles across the United States. This opportunity is designed for individuals with high competence, ambition, and significant growth potential who are looking for a genuine launchpad into a successful commercial career. No prior sales experience is required, as successful candidates will enter a structured 6-week SDR Accelerator program specifically designed to identify potential, build real capability, and accelerate performance from day one, creating long-term success for both talent and clients. Available work locations include New York City (10+ roles), Austin (10 roles), Dallas (6 roles), and St. Louis (2 roles). The role offers a clear and supported progression pathway into Account Executive positions. Compensation packages vary by location: NYC offers a $60–65k base plus $20–30k OTE; Austin offers a $55k base plus $20–30k OTE; Dallas offers a $50k base plus $20k OTE; and St. Louis offers a $55k base plus $15-20k OTE.
