PARADIGMS INSTITUTE is looking for a talented Electrical Engineer to join our team in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. This position is located in the vibrant Kimara, Bonyokwa region, where you will be involved in designing, developing, and maintaining electrical systems and components for various projects. The role demands strong technical acumen and the ability to apply engineering principles to real-world challenges.
As an Electrical Engineer, you will contribute to the entire lifecycle of electrical projects, from initial concept to implementation and testing. Experience in a teaching capacity will be an added advantage, as we value knowledge sharing and development within our institute. You will collaborate with other engineering disciplines to ensure integrated and efficient project delivery, requiring excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
Good problem-solving and technical skills
Teaching experience will be an added advantage
Strong understanding of electrical systems, components, and theories
Proficiency in electrical design and simulation software
Knowledge of national and international electrical codes and standards
Ability to diagnose and resolve complex electrical issues
Excellent analytical and communication skills
Experience with power distribution, industrial control systems, or electronics
