CIVIL ENGINEER @ PARADIGMS INSTITUTE
PARADIGMS INSTITUTE is seeking a qualified Civil Engineer to join our team in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. This role is based in the Kimara, Bonyokwa area, offering a dynamic environment for professional growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of civil engineering tasks, contributing to projects from conception to completion. This includes technical design, project oversight, and ensuring adherence to engineering standards and safety regulations.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
Good problem-solving and project management skills
Ability to prepare technical drawings and reports
Strong understanding of civil engineering principles and practices
Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Civil 3D
Knowledge of relevant construction methods, materials, and regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
