Paones General Trading Company Limited is currently seeking a highly competent and experienced Finance Manager to join our growing team in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company, ensuring accuracy in reporting, and providing strategic financial leadership to support our business objectives.
As the Finance Manager, you will play a critical role in managing financial planning, budgeting, taxation, and internal controls. We are looking for a professional who can lead the finance function effectively, maintain regulatory compliance, and contribute to the overall growth and stability of the organization within the competitive business environment of Tanzania.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
CPA qualification is mandatory.
Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in a management or senior finance role.
Strong professional background in an Auditing Firm is highly preferred.
Experience in ICT or Technology sector companies.
Strong knowledge of financial management and accounting operations.
Expertise in reporting, budgeting, taxation, and internal controls.
Proven ability to lead and manage finance teams effectively.
Strong proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
