Key Requirements
Minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience in an automotive showroom or garage.
Strong understanding of automotive systems, diagnostics, or spare parts.
Excellent customer service skills for interacting with clients.
Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal.
Proven ability to work effectively within a team environment.
Ability to thrive in a professional workshop or showroom environment.
Relevant certification or diploma in the automotive field is highly preferred.
Must be fluent in English to read technical manuals and communicate.
Previous experience in recognized workshops or 4S showrooms is mandatory.
Proficiency in using modern automotive diagnostic tools and equipment.
Strong problem-solving skills to address complex mechanical and electrical issues.
