Key Requirements
Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA).
Strong understanding of GAAP or IFRS principles.
Experience in financial reporting and general ledger maintenance.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Ability to manage payroll and tax compliance.
Experience working in the social enterprise or development sector.
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
Integrity and high ethical standards in financial management.
