Pan African Talent Hub is seeking a Shop Controller to manage retail operations within their social enterprise initiatives. The role involves overseeing inventory, managing shop staff, and ensuring that operational standards are met to support community sustainability. You will be responsible for the accuracy of stock levels and the efficiency of daily transactions.
The Shop Controller will play a vital role in the financial health of the retail units across various regions in Tanzania. The candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and committed to the mission of driving positive social change through efficient business operations. Possible locations for this role include various urban and peri-urban centers across the country.

Key Requirements
Experience in retail management or inventory control.
Strong financial literacy and attention to detail.
Ability to oversee daily shop operations and staff.
Proficiency in using Point of Sale (POS) systems.
Knowledge of supply chain management and stock procurement.
Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field.
Experience in managing assets and reducing operational losses.
Strong problem-solving skills in a retail environment.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
