Pan African Talent Hub is looking for experienced Aftermarket Sales Leads to join its Social Enterprise sector in Tanzania. This role involves leading sales initiatives and managing customer relationships to ensure long-term sustainability and impact within the community-based programs. The position is essential for driving business growth and ensuring that aftermarket services align with the overall mission of the enterprise.

The ideal candidates will have a background in sales and a passion for social impact. They will be responsible for driving growth in various regions across Tanzania, including Dar es Salaam, Arusha, and Mwanza, among others. Successful candidates will collaborate with diverse teams to develop strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key Requirements

Proven experience in aftermarket sales or customer service. Strong understanding of social enterprise models. Ability to lead sales teams and drive revenue growth.
