MAINTENANCE TECHNICIANS (2) @ PAL VISTA HOTEL
We are currently seeking two skilled Maintenance Technicians to support the upkeep of Pal Vista Hotel. The technicians will be responsible for performing routine repairs and maintenance tasks across the facility, including guest rooms, common areas, and back-of-house systems.
The role involves diagnosing technical issues, performing minor electrical and plumbing work, and assisting the supervisor in larger renovation projects. Candidates should be reliable, hardworking, and capable of working in a fast-paced hospitality environment to ensure minimal disruption to guest services.

Key Requirements
Vocational training or certification in a technical trade.
Previous experience in hotel or building maintenance.
Basic knowledge of plumbing and pipework.
Basic electrical repair and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to use hand and power tools safely.
Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
Ability to respond quickly to emergency repair requests.
Teamwork and collaboration with other staff.
Willingness to work flexible shifts and weekends.
Basic understanding of mechanical systems.
