Pal Vista Hotel is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor to lead our technical team and ensure the property remains in top condition. This role requires a hands-on approach to managing electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems while overseeing the work of maintenance technicians to ensure safety and efficiency.
The supervisor will develop preventive maintenance schedules, manage repair projects, and coordinate with external contractors when necessary. Ensuring that all hotel facilities meet safety regulations and provide a comfortable environment for guests is a key priority for this position.

Key Requirements
Technical diploma in Engineering or related field.
Experience in managing facility maintenance teams.
Hands-on experience with HVAC systems.
Proficiency in electrical and plumbing installations.
Knowledge of workplace health and safety regulations.
Ability to create and implement maintenance schedules.
Inventory management for spare parts and tools.
Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
Ability to manage maintenance budgets and vendors.
Physical fitness to perform site inspections.
