HOTEL SUPERVISOR @ PAL VISTA HOTEL
We are seeking a dedicated Hotel Supervisor to join our team at Pal vista Hotel. The successful candidate will support the management in coordinating daily activities and ensuring that all departments operate smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for supervising staff performance and maintaining the quality of guest services provided throughout the facility.
In this role, you will act as a bridge between the management and the ground staff. You will assist in scheduling, inventory management, and ensuring that all guest requests are handled promptly and professionally to maintain our reputation for excellence. You will also assist in training new employees and monitoring compliance with hotel policies and procedures.

Key Requirements
Prior experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to train and mentor junior staff members
Good communication skills in both English and Swahili
Familiarity with front desk and housekeeping operations
Extreme attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to handle guest complaints professionally and calmly
High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
Basic computer literacy for reports and scheduling
Flexibility to work various shifts as required by the business
