Pal vista Hotel in Morogoro is looking for an experienced Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment and ensure an exceptional guest experience. You will play a crucial role in the strategic direction of the hotel while ensuring operational efficiency across all departments.

Key Requirements
Proven experience as a Hotel Manager or similar executive role
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in hotel management software (PMS)
Financial management and budgeting experience
Knowledge of health and safety regulations
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
High level of customer service orientation
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
