RECOVERY OFFICER @ PACT EMPLOYMENT
PACT is seeking a dedicated Recovery Officer on behalf of a leading client in the financial sector based in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing delinquent accounts and negotiating with clients to ensure timely repayment of outstanding debts. This role requires a balance of firm negotiation skills and professional empathy to maintain the client's reputation while achieving financial recovery goals. You will work closely with the finance team to monitor account statuses and implement effective recovery strategies. The position offers a monthly salary range between AED 5,000 and AED 7,000, depending on the candidate's specific experience and expertise in the field. Candidates must have a solid background in the banking or collection agency sector and be familiar with the local regulatory environment in the UAE. Key Requirements
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in debt recovery or collections.
Prior background working specifically within a bank or a dedicated collection agency.
Strong knowledge of the UAE's banking regulations and legal collection procedures.
Exceptional negotiation skills with the ability to handle challenging debtor interactions.
Ability to work towards and consistently achieve monthly recovery targets.
Competency in maintaining accurate documentation and reporting on account statuses.
High degree of professionalism and adherence to ethical standards in finance.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strategic thinking to evaluate debtor cases and propose viable settlement plans.
Current residency and availability within the United Arab Emirates.
