The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of service, managing the F&B team, overseeing inventory, and ensuring a premium guest experience that aligns with our brand reputation.
In this role, you will be expected to drive revenue, manage operational budgets, and innovate our menu and service offerings to cater to an international clientele. Key Requirements
Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field
3 to 5 years of proven experience in F&B management
Fluency in both German and English languages
Prior hospitality experience working in Zanzibar
Strong leadership and team management skills
Deep understanding of luxury service standards
Ability to manage operational budgets and inventory
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in staff training and quality control
Proficiency in food safety and hygiene regulations
