DEPUTY CEO @ OUTSTANDING SOLUTIONS
Outstanding Solutions is seeking an accomplished and strategic Deputy CEO to lead critical operational and strategic initiatives for its NGO sector division in Arusha. The Deputy CEO will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of strategic and annual plans, ensuring effective daily operations across various departments, and maintaining high standards of governance and compliance. This role is crucial for ensuring accountability and strategic alignment within the organization.
The Deputy CEO will play a vital role in managing relationships with government bodies, donors, partners, and other key stakeholders, ensuring all engagements comply with regulatory frameworks. Furthermore, the Deputy CEO will provide essential support to the CEO in decision-making processes, coordinate board activities, and assume leadership in the CEO's absence. This position also involves fostering a high-performing organizational culture by leading senior teams, supporting recruitment efforts, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Public Health, or a related field (Master's preferred)
Minimum 5 years' senior leadership experience, preferably in the NGO sector
Proven experience leading teams, projects, and organizational operations
Strong knowledge of governance, compliance, and strategic planning
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships
Experience in strategic decision-making and organizational development
