CAMP MANAGER @ OUTSTANDING SOLUTIONS
As a Camp Manager at Outstanding Solutions, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a luxury camp located in Tarangire. This pivotal role involves ensuring the smooth running of the facility while consistently delivering high-quality guest experiences. You will be the primary point of contact for guests, managing their stays from end-to-end to ensure personalized and memorable experiences. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a motivated, collaborative, and service-driven working culture among the diverse operational team members.
In addition to guest relations and team leadership, the role requires meticulous coordination of logistics, supplies, and maintenance. You will ensure that the camp adheres to safety compliance standards and that all facilities are well-maintained to uphold luxury service standards. Key Requirements
Proven experience in hospitality, lodge, or safari camp management.
Significant experience working within the East African hospitality sector is preferred.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing and training diverse operational teams.
Excellent understanding of camp/lodge operations, logistics, and guest service delivery.
Fluency in both Swahili and English with strong communication skills.
Ability to work independently in remote settings with a flexible mindset.
Proven track record of maintaining luxury service standards.
Experience in coordinating logistics and supply chain for remote locations.
Knowledge of facility maintenance and scheduling in a lodge environment.
