BOOKING PROFESSIONAL @ OUTSTANDING SOLUTIONS
Outstanding Solutions is currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Booking Professional to join our client's tourism and safari operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing reservations, handling client inquiries, and ensuring seamless coordination of tour activities to provide an exceptional customer experience. This role requires a proactive approach to managing bookings in a fast-paced tourism environment.
As a Booking Professional, you will play a critical role in the growth and operational efficiency of our safari services. You will be expected to maintain accurate records, coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners, and utilize digital tools to optimize the booking process. The ideal candidate will have a passion for tourism and a commitment to maintaining the high standards expected by our international clientele.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or Advanced Diploma in Tourism, Business Administration, IT, or a related field
Minimum 2 years’ experience in administration, reservations, customer service, or tourism
Strong computer literacy and proficiency in Google Workspace
Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
Ability to handle high-volume bookings and multi-task efficiently
Deep understanding of tourism industry workflows and operational cycles
Strong problem-solving capabilities in a customer-facing role
Proven ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team
Excellent time management skills to meet strict deadlines
