ASSISTANT RESTAURANT MANAGER @ OUTSTANDING -SOLUTIONS
Outstanding Solutions is seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations at our Fumba, Zanzibar location. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring high service standards, managing front-of-house staff, and overseeing financial reporting including POS reconciliation and stock control.
This role requires an individual who can maintain excellent hygiene standards while coordinating effectively between the kitchen and management teams. You will play a pivotal role in creating a welcoming environment for guests and maintaining the operational excellence that our brand is known for.

Key Requirements
2-3 years' experience in a supervisory or assistant management role in hospitality
Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards
Fluent in spoken and written English and Kiswahili
Strong guest service and conflict resolution skills
Experience in cash handling and financial reporting
Proficiency in POS systems, Excel, and Google Sheets
Proven leadership abilities and the capacity to work under pressure
Effective communication and team management skills
Ability to coordinate daily briefings and staff training
Strong attention to detail regarding stock control and wastage management
