ACCOUNTANT @ OUTSTANDING SOLUTIONS
As an Accountant at OutStanding Solutions, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily accounting operations, managing cash flow, and meticulously handling all financial transactions and records. Utilizing systems such as QuickBooks or Odoo, you will ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data, supporting the company's agribusiness sector operations. A key aspect of this role involves preparing comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including detailed Profit & Loss statements and management accounts, to provide clear financial insights. This position also requires ensuring full compliance with all Tanzanian tax regulations and timely filing of statutory obligations. You will maintain strong communication channels with suppliers and partners regarding invoicing, payments, and financial processes, fostering smooth financial operations. Your analytical skills will be crucial in supporting financial decision-making by providing actionable insights, thorough analysis, and strategic recommendations directly to the Country Manager. Key Requirements
Proven experience in accounting systems (QuickBooks, Odoo, or similar).
Solid understanding of Tanzanian tax regulations and statutory requirements.
Strong financial reporting skills with high attention to accuracy and detail.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently in a fast-paced agribusiness environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
Ability to manage cash flow, transactions, and maintain comprehensive financial records.
Experience in preparing P&L statements and management accounts.
Strong analytical skills to provide financial insights and recommendations.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
