MEP BIM MODELER (MECHANICAL) @ OUTLINE DESIGNER
We are currently seeking a talented and detail-oriented MEP BIM Modeler specializing in Mechanical systems to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating precise 3D models using BIM software, ensuring that all mechanical components are accurately represented and coordinated with other building systems. This role requires a professional who can handle immediate project needs and contribute to the successful delivery of complex construction projects within the UAE.
Key responsibilities include managing mechanical BIM workflows, performing clash detection, and generating construction documentation. You will work closely with engineers and architects to resolve design conflicts and optimize mechanical system layouts. Candidates should be ready for an immediate start and possess a proactive approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced engineering environment.

Key Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in MEP BIM modeling specifically for mechanical systems.
Proficiency in Autodesk Revit for developing detailed mechanical models.
Hands-on experience with Navisworks for clash detection and coordination.
Strong understanding of mechanical services including HVAC and piping layouts.
Ability to coordinate effectively with structural and electrical disciplines.
In-depth knowledge of international BIM standards and local UAE protocols.
Technical degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Proven ability to work on large-scale complex engineering projects.
Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in modeling and documentation.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team.
