SENIOR STOCK CONTROLLER @ OUTDOOR PHOTO
Outdoor Photo is seeking a detail-driven and proactive Senior Stock Controller to join our Purchasing & Procurement team at our Head Office in Pretoria. This full-time, in-house position is vital for managing supplier order processes, inventory control, and redundant stock management. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy of our stock systems and maintaining the overall efficiency of our procurement operations.
Key duties involve managing supplier purchase orders, monitoring inventory discrepancies, and overseeing the Return to Supplier (RTS) processes from initiation to credit resolution. You will collaborate closely with the Purchasing, Receiving, and Accounts departments to maintain inventory integrity. This role is perfectly suited for an individual who excels in process improvement, operational accuracy, and managing complex stock systems within a fast-paced environment.

Strong inventory management experience
Proven supplier management expertise
Excellent organizational and reporting skills
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Ability to perform system-based reporting

Experience in managing redundant or obsolete stock
Knowledge of Return to Supplier (RTS) workflows
