FUNDRAISING AND PARTNERSHIPS INTERN @ OUT STANDING TANZANIA SAFARI
Outstanding Tanzania Safari is looking for a Fundraising and Partnerships Intern to support our strategic growth and community engagement initiatives. Based in Arusha, this role is critical for securing funding and building long-term relationships with local and international partners. The successful candidate will work closely with the management team to identify opportunities and develop compelling proposals that align with our conservation and tourism goals.

Key Requirements
Degree or Postgraduate Diploma in Planning Management or a related field.
Relevant experience in a generalist role at a supervisory level.
Strong technical knowledge and proficiency in writing grant proposals.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, specifically in Excel and PowerPoint.
Demonstrated professional experience in Planning Management.
Excellent networking and relationship-building skills with stakeholders.
Strong research skills to identify and vet potential funding partners.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet strict deadlines simultaneously.
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
Understanding of the conservation and tourism funding landscape in Tanzania.
