TECHNICAL INTEGRATOR @ OSOURCE INTERNATIONAL
The role of the Technical Integrator involves driving end-to-end integration planning and execution within a high-impact project team on a 9 to 12-month contract basis. You will be responsible for aligning complex solutions with enterprise architecture standards, focusing specifically on security, scalability, and performance. This position requires a proactive approach to managing risks, dependencies, and various stakeholders to ensure that testing, cutover, and go-live phases occur with minimal disruption. You will also be tasked with delivering complete documentation and ensuring operational readiness for the enterprise environment.
On a daily basis, you will translate business needs into clear technical integration scopes and coordinate efforts across architects, developers, vendors, and project teams. This includes leading integration workshops, managing delivery milestones, and supporting deployment activities. The role is based in Pretoria under a hybrid work model, requiring excellent communication skills to facilitate technical working sessions and maintain governance standards throughout the SDLC. Success in this role means ensuring quality delivery and excellence in documentation for all integration projects.

Key Requirements
Relevant qualification in Engineering, IT, or Project Management with a minimum NQF 6.
2 to 4 years of professional experience in technical integration or a similar capacity.
Minimum of 3 years of exposure to enterprise Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) environments.
Hold a recognized project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or AgilePM.
Strong understanding of system integration principles and software design patterns.
Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder engagement and complex problem-solving.
Proven ability to lead technical integration workshops and working sessions.
Experience in managing project schedules, dependencies, and delivery milestones.
Familiarity with tools such as MS Project, Jira, Octane, and ESB logs.
Experience working within highly regulated enterprise environments is preferred.
