Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB)
1–2 years of experience in legal practice
Strong understanding of Tanzanian labor and corporate laws
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in drafting and reviewing legal contracts
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
High level of integrity and professional ethics
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
Adept at legal research and case analysis
Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
