ORVANTIS Urban Development Group is seeking a visionary Chief Future Cities & Urban Innovation Officer to join our C-suite team in Dubai. This high-impact role is dedicated to designing and implementing the urban landscapes of tomorrow, focusing on the integration of smart infrastructure, sustainable practices, and comprehensive digital ecosystems. You will be at the forefront of urban transformation, leading programs that redefine how cities function and how citizens interact with their environment. The salary for this prestigious position is offered between $460K and $680K. The successful candidate will oversee global development partnerships and steer sustainable infrastructure strategies on a massive scale. We are looking for a leader with over 18 years of experience in urban development or smart city innovation who has successfully delivered large-scale planning projects. Key Requirements
18+ years in urban development or smart city innovation
Experience delivering large-scale city planning projects
Strong international stakeholder engagement skills
Expertise in smart infrastructure and sustainable development
Ability to lead digital ecosystem integration within urban environments
Proven track record in executive leadership or C-suite roles
Advanced degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, or related engineering fields
Proficiency in managing multi-billion dollar urban development budgets
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with global partners
Deep understanding of future city technologies and IoT infrastructure
