WAREHOUSE MANAGER @ ORENDA DATA
The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end operations of a rice plant facility in Nigeria. This critical role involves managing inventory control, ensuring high levels of stock accuracy, and coordinating dispatch and logistics to ensure timely delivery. The manager will lead a dedicated team, monitoring their performance while fostering a culture of safety and efficiency within the warehouse environment. Key duties include implementing process optimizations, ensuring strict compliance with SOP standards, and generating comprehensive MIS reports for management. Candidates are expected to have a strong background in FMCG or manufacturing and possess the analytical skills required to manage complex supply chain tasks. Key Requirements
Minimum of 4 years of experience in warehouse management
Proficiency in ERP, SAP, or WMS systems
Expertise in inventory management and stock accuracy
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis
Proven leadership and team supervision capabilities
Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, or logistics sectors
Ability to coordinate dispatch and logistics operations efficiently
Knowledge of warehouse safety protocols and SOP standards
Strong reporting and MIS generation skills
Experience with commodity products specifically in a rice plant or similar environment
