Key Requirements
CA Inter or equivalent professional accounting qualification
5–8 years of progressive experience in accounting or financial management
Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems
Advanced knowledge of tax laws and financial regulations
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage and mentor a team effectively
Proven track record of accurate financial reporting
Experience in budget planning and financial forecasting
Commitment to maintaining high standards of internal control
