Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
Demonstrated experience as an HR Coordinator or in a similar capacity.
Comprehensive knowledge of UAE labor laws and practices.
Strong interpersonal skills for effective employee management.
Proficiency in HRIS platforms and standard office software.
Ability to manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
High level of organizational skill and multitasking ability.
Proven capacity to handle confidential information with discretion.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Immediate availability to join the team is preferred.
