We are currently seeking a highly organized and results-driven Sales and Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team in Tanzania. This role is pivotal in supporting our full sales and operational cycle, ensuring that every client enquiry is handled with professionalism and that all travel logistics are executed seamlessly.
The Sales and Operations Specialist will play a central role in coordinating complex itineraries, managing supplier relationships, and driving sales conversions. You will be responsible for everything from initial customer contact and quotation preparation to final documentation and after-sales support. This position is ideal for an individual with a passion for the tourism industry and a strong background in administrative efficiency and customer service excellence.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Tourism Management, Travel and Hospitality, Sales and Marketing, or a related field.
3–5 years of relevant experience in sales, travel operations, reservations, tourism, or hospitality.
Proven track record in managing customer relationships and lead tracking.
Fluency in English and Kiswahili.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and travel booking software.
Strong ability to manage supplier relationships including hotels and transport providers.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for document preparation.
Ability to handle high-pressure environments and solve logistical problems.
Strong administrative skills with an eye for detail in record keeping.
Demonstrated ability to improve sales workflows and booking processes.
