Ongeza AgroVet is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Supervisor to join our dynamic team based in Arusha, Tanzania. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for leading our customer support operations, ensuring that our clients receive top-tier assistance, and maintaining the high service standards that Ongeza is known for. You will play a key part in the customer journey by managing inquiries, resolving complaints effectively, and overseeing after-sales support for our solar products. Key Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, or related field.
2–3 years of experience in Customer Service or Sales Support.
Proven supervisory or team leadership experience.
Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism.
Strong understanding of after-sales service and warranty claim processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Swahili.
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution capabilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management software.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Prior experience in the renewable energy or solar industry is highly preferred.
