IT SUPPORT SPECIALIST @ ONFON MICROFINANCE
Onfon Microfinance is seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to provide comprehensive technical support, troubleshoot systems, and effectively maintain APIs and various software solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong problem-solving capabilities and demonstrate the ability to thrive and contribute effectively within a fast-paced and dynamic environment. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of our technological infrastructure and supporting our diverse range of software platforms. The specialist will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving technical issues, ensuring optimal system uptime, and collaborating closely with development teams to enhance our digital offerings. Key Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
At least 1 year of experience in software development or technical support.
Proficiency in Python, Node.js, PHP, and JavaScript.
Experience supporting and troubleshooting RESTful and SOAP APIs.
Knowledge of MySQL and PostgreSQL databases.
Experience working with Linux operating systems.
Familiarity with development tools such as Visual Studio Code, IntelliJ IDEA, or Android Studio.
Experience using API testing tools such as Postman or SoapUI.
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
