LOGISTICS COORDINATOR @ ON TIME UAE
A reputed organization located in JAFZA South, Dubai, is currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join their team on a full-time basis. The role involves managing both import and export shipments, ensuring that all logistical processes run smoothly and efficiently within the JAFZA region. The working hours are scheduled from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, six days a week, offering a dynamic environment for professionals looking to grow their careers in the logistics sector.
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing essential shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists, and Certificates of Origin (COO). They will coordinate extensively with suppliers and freight forwarders, track shipments, and arrange timely deliveries to meet customer needs. Additionally, the role includes providing freight charges to the sales team and resolving any shipment-related issues to maintain high levels of service. The salary for this position is AED 4,000 per month, with a performance-based increment provided after the successful completion of the probation period.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields is preferred.
A minimum of 1–2 years of experience in a logistics or administrative role.
Possession of a valid UAE Driving License is highly preferred for this position.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
Must be available for immediate joining to meet operational requirements.
Proficiency in preparing shipping documents including Invoices, Packing Lists, and COO.
Strong coordination skills to manage relationships with suppliers and freight forwarders.
Excellent problem-solving skills to resolve shipment issues and customer inquiries.
Ability to provide accurate freight and delivery charges to internal sales teams.
Sound knowledge of local and international distribution regulations and customs procedures.
