ON AFRICA CONSTRUCTION LTD is seeking a dedicated Fleet Coordinator to oversee our company vehicles and heavy equipment. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end management of fleet operations, ensuring all assets are maintained to the highest standards and utilized efficiently to support our construction projects. You will play a critical role in coordinating maintenance schedules, monitoring fuel consumption, and controlling operational costs to maximize the longevity and performance of our fleet.
In addition to technical management, the Fleet Coordinator will lead a team of drivers and manage daily vehicle allocations. This role requires a strong focus on compliance with safety and transport regulations to ensure all operations meet legal standards. We are looking for a professional with a background in logistics or business who can leverage fleet tracking systems and management software to optimize our transport activities and improve overall operational effectiveness.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, Business, or related field
Minimum 3 years' experience in fleet management or transport operations
Knowledge of fleet tracking systems and transportation regulations
Proficient in MS Office and fleet management software
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to coordinate daily vehicle allocation and driver schedules
Understanding of fuel management and operational cost monitoring
Experience in coordinating vehicle maintenance and repairs
Knowledge of safety standards and transport regulations
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
