Omnivoltaic Tanzania is seeking a dedicated Bookkeeper & Office Administrator to join their team in Dar es Salaam. The Bookkeeper & Office Administrator will be responsible for maintaining comprehensive financial records, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial reports. Key Requirements
Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar financial role.
Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles.
Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Zoho Books).
Experience with general office administration duties.
Strong organizational and planning skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
