Omnivoltaic Energy Solutions is looking for a driven E-Mobility & Cross-Grid Business Development Manager to be based in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. This strategic role is centered on accelerating the adoption of electric vehicles and sustainable energy solutions by developing robust commercial partnerships and managing fleet electrification projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying market opportunities, supporting the rollout of charging infrastructure, and navigating the cross-grid energy landscape to provide innovative solutions for clients in the logistics and automotive sectors. You will act as a key liaison for the company, ensuring that the brand remains at the forefront of the green mobility revolution in East Africa. The position requires a professional with a strong commercial mindset and the ability to work independently to achieve ambitious growth targets. You will be tasked with creating and executing strategies that align with both local market needs and international energy trends. Key Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Business Development or Sales. Prior experience in the mobility, automotive, logistics, or energy sectors is highly preferred. Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage complex tasks without constant supervision. Strong commercial mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. In-depth understanding of the e-mobility landscape and charging infrastructure requirements. Excellent networking skills to build and maintain high-level commercial partnerships. Ability to conduct market analysis and identify emerging trends in the energy sector. Proven project management skills, particularly in fleet electrification or infrastructure rollouts.
