TEAM LEAD - RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT @ OMNIPAY
OmniPay is seeking an experienced and result-driven Team Lead - Relationship Management to drive customer acquisition, portfolio growth, and relationship management activities within the Jos region. The ideal candidate will possess strong banking and financial services experience, excellent leadership capabilities, and a proven ability to manage client relationships, sales performance, and field operations effectively. The successful candidate will oversee relationship officers, support business growth initiatives, manage merchant and customer relationships, and ensure operational excellence across assigned territories. Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience from Jaiz Bank or TAJBank due to their strong understanding of relationship management, financial products, and customer engagement within structured banking environments. This role requires a professional who can blend strategic thinking with market intelligence to deliver high-quality reporting and achieve organizational goals. Candidates should be adept at navigating the local market in Jos, Plateau State, to build lasting stakeholder partnerships and drive performance management across their team while maintaining high standards of service delivery.
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Business Administration, Banking & Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related discipline.
Minimum of 4–6 years relevant experience in relationship management, sales, banking operations, or financial services.
Prior leadership or supervisory experience managing field teams or relationship officers.
Strong preference for candidates with experience from Jaiz Bank or TAJBank.
Strong understanding of customer relationship management and financial products.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, reporting, and business communication tools.
Good knowledge of the Jos market and surrounding regions is an added advantage.
